Exchange and return

Exchange policy:

1- Without prejudice to the contractual and statutory provisions of the warranty, the consumer has the right to replace the product provided to him by the store within the seven days following the date of receipt of the product, and he is not entitled to replace the product after the seven days have passed.

2- In order to replace the product, the product must be in good condition and the consumer must not have used the product or obtained any benefit from it. The store has the right to inspect the product before exchanging it to ensure its safety. The consumer bears the cost of shipping if he wants to replace the product. In international exchange, the consumer bears the full costs of shipping and delivering the product. To the shipping company, in the event of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated

The consumer does not have the right to replace the product in the following cases:

1- If the product was manufactured at the request of the consumer or according to specifications specified by him. This excludes products that have a defect or that violate the specifications specified by the consumer.

2- If the product is video tapes, CDs, CDs, or information programs that have been used.

3- If the product is newspapers, magazines, publications, books, or other works considered to be literature.

4- If a defect appears in the product due to misuse by the consumer.

5- If the contract deals with providing accommodation, transportation, or feeding services.

6- If the contract deals with the purchase of software download products via the Internet.

Return Policy:

1- Without prejudice to the contractual and statutory provisions of the warranty, the consumer has the right to cancel the contract and return the product provided to him from the store within the seven days following the date of receipt of the product, and he has no right to that product after the seven days have passed.
